Application for use of the club house

All applications for the use of the clubhouse will be considered on a first come, first served basis. The applicant, by signing this form, accepts liability to the Body Corporate for all damages which may be caused to the property of the Body Corporate resulting from the use of this facility.

Please note that the hiring of the clubhouse does not include any tables, crockery or cutlery. These items will need to be arranged by the applicant solely. Chairs are available for hire however; this will incur an additional charge of R10/chair though.

Furthermore, NO alcohol is allowed at the Clubhouse.
